1. Exploring Your Life Path
Are you one hundred percent clear about what you want to experience in your life? Are you one hundred percent sure that you can have
what you desire? If you answered 'yes' to both of these questions then you are following your bliss. If not, then it is time to take a look
at how you approach the situations in your life. Your behaviour is determined by your ego (who you think you are), and your personality
(how you express who you think you are). This workshop is about empowering your ego through understanding the first five
dimensions of existence, and how your levels of consciousness function within these dimensions.
Your thoughts come first, then your emotional responses follow. Thoughts can be based on current information, past conclusions,
judgments, and second hand information (other peoples' judgments and beliefs). Discover how to determine whether you are
responding in the moment, or re-acting to past traumatic experiences. In this workshop you will go on a guided meditation, and
explore the deeper levels of your consciousness through hypnotic regression .
Find out how it is just as possible for your mind to recall the future, as it is to journey into the past!
2. Restorative Yoga
Yoga is far more than stretching and breathing exercises. The eight limbs compiling the science of yoga is a system
for holistic wellness. The first five limbs are considered to be the physical ones and include empowering the ego,
body postures, and the movement of energy through breathing. The last three are considered to be the introspective limbs, journeying
into higher levels of consciousness through forms of meditation.
It isn't time itself that creates a stiff, aching body - it's years of mental stress and poor physical posture! The Restorative Yoga
Workshop teaches you simple steps for improving your strength, balance, and flexibility both in your mind - and in your body. Even
the muscles of your face can learn to laugh at gravity again! This workshop can also be an introduction to yoga for beginners who
may want to know more about practicing yoga asana before joining a group class.
Whether you practice Hatha Yoga or not, bring your body and an open mind to explore what uniting your mind, body, and spirit
really feels like!
3. Using Your Intuition
Everyone is intuitive! Intuition is your sixth sense, and it is just as natural as the other five: sight, hearing, smell, touch, and taste.
Just as some people are more in tune with playing the piano, and some are more gifted with a pen, you have an individual way of
using your intuition. The fun exercises in this workshop help you to understand and improve the particular way that you interpret your
sixth sense - your Extra Sensory Perception (ESP).
Do you know the difference between telepathy and psychometry? Are you stronger in clairvoyance, or are you clairaudient? Do you
understand the difference between remote viewing and astral projection? What is a 'ghost'? Is it the same thing as an apparition?

4. The Power of Suggestion

something else entirely? How do stage hypnotists make people cluck like a chicken, and could it happen to you? Find the answers to
these questions and more in this fascinating journey into hypnosis, and you.
In this workshop you will learn how to write hypnotic inductions for yourself. You will gain a greater understanding of the 'suggestion'
process, and how to formulate empowering suggestions for positive life changes. There will be opportunity for you to experience the
hypnotic state, and also to observe someone else using hypnosis for memory regression, and emotional recall.

5. Energy Healing and Reiki
Whether you are seeking healing for yourself, a loved one, or you just want to know more about energy healing in general, you will find
a variety of information here. Maria has studied the mind, body, and spirit connection to dis-ease for over three decades, and is an
Usui Reiki Master/Teacher, Karuna Reiki Master, and Do' Hai practitioner. She was also the Director of Training at the Institute of
Hypnosis and Parapsychology in England in the early 1980's, and has earned a Masters Degree in Metaphysical Science from the
University of Metaphysics, the largest organization of its kind in the world.
This comprehensive workshop provides you an informative talk, guided meditations, and practical exercises. The subjects covered
include the Chakra system, how thoughts contribute to creating disease, the Aura, Reiki, and healing with colors, sounds, and
crystals. The Reiki form of energy healing is widely accepted and used in hospitals all over the world.
If you have every wondered how your thoughts can cause problems in your body, and how this knowledge can be used for holistic
healing - this workshop is for you!

6. Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation
Do you have trouble meditating or quieting your mind? Are you a Type 'A' personality, or a workaholic? Would you like to treat yourself
to a special experience - a journey into your own imagination? Are you interested in learning some new, or different techniques for
relaxing your mind and body? If you answered 'yes' to any of the above, then you will enjoy a Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation Class...
This is a passive class - no movement required. You are free to lie on the floor, or sit in a chair and allow yourself to relax!
7. Creating a Powerful Core
Muscles in your back and abdomen have to contract and relax in harmony - if you are to stand and move safely. Tendons attach your
muscles to your bones, ligaments hold your vertebrae together, and your muscles protect your spine and hold your body in place. If all
of these elements are strong and in balance – then you are good to go. However, if you have weak or tight muscles, poor posture,
and/or you are carrying excess weight, your back will be one of the first places to feel the strain.
In this workshop you will gain:
